I think he's true ... if you follow keith through anc and bsx a couple of years ago, then through jdx [now ite] from early '99 to Jan '00 [i made out like a bandit on this one], then qbx Jan '00 to Mar or so, then gma [now nds] from Feb to Mar or so ... etc [there were others] - you find that there are worse SIers to listen to, for sure ... and you find no untruths.
There is a phenomenon whereby when keith sells [and tells, he is upfront enough to tell] the stock will tend to sell off more than it otherwise might, imho ... of course, he sells when it's selling off a run anyway, so who's to know how much that affects anything ... but this phenomenon has set up antagonism in the past in some who mistook a pragmatic and canny trader for an in-love-forever shareholder.
Everybody should always do their own due diligence, and thoroughly ... but, mostly we don't ... i treat this whole game as more art than science [that's my excuse, lol] .... i haven't bet the farm on this one because i don't have all that much equity in the market at the moment, but of what i do have, the majority is in cpt, and that will be true for what nickels i can dribble back into stocks over the summer ... this approach with jdx last summer and fall paid off big-time [now if only i'd dumped all of it at my Magic Number of 3.50, lol] ... yeah, i think he's true ... fwiw ... cheers |
