There is no greater sin than that. If that is not enough, he fought with the foreign legion in Spain. If that is not enough, he then returned prior to WWII to Belgium to organize "terrorist" activities against his "father land", he finally got executed (as a "terrorist and a thief", of course, but that end would have been the same whether he fought them or went like a lamb to slaughter.)
