Sorry, but the desktop is about to displaced to a large degree, by the internet itself. I will skip the Larry Ellison quote - since you obviously ignored it the first time.

Point is simple, times have changed, the Justice case is already MOOT. The government is best to stay away from proclaiming who is "innovating" and who is not.
