Jim, my apologies if there was a delay in the distribution. These disrtibutions are often managed by third parties (ie the printers) and may not be a result of NKC management negligence. Have you attempted to contact the company, or are you going right to the SEC? The company might be trying to fix the screw up. Your words...<< I've talked to management many times and every time I've fallen for their deception about how things are going because I believed they had good products and knew what they were doing.>> ok, let me see, substandard management, crumby titles......why are you still a shareholder? Listen to yourself! You have become disgruntled and adversarial towards management. This is miles outside the parameters of investing 101. You are certainly better off using all that negative energy to research a new investment. << As far as potential investors getting a negative reading of the posts just refer them to Director's one-sided hyping of the the company.>> as I said, I'm not pro-hype, but please be serious, director's contribution compares like a couple of paragraphs to 'e's novel. <<And by the way, none of this is esecurities doing.>> I agree, little of it is 'e's doing. Unfortunately, investors today allow discussion groups to influence their trading/investing. A while back, a kid in his twenties forged a NR about (I think) an AOL merger. It moved the stock 4 or 5 bucks over about half a trading session. No one really knows how much these boards influence people, but sad as it may be, we know for sure that they do(especially a thinly traded micro/small cap stock. The only explanation 'e' has ever provided for his/her critisism of the stock is the CALPERS comparison. How would you feel as a plan member if your pension managers put one of the plan's holdings on a shit list and drove the share price into the ground. That whole thing has me scratching my head too. I would be interested to hear 'e' speculate as to how or when he has modified , assisted, or influenced Rabins and Schneider in their management of NKC (that is after all, CALPERS mission with respect to corporate governance). I think the reality is that, save a few cryptic emails to NKC, they really don't know 'e' exists, which is probably why he hasn't been slapped with a suit for all the accusations of negligence and fraud. For the most part, I'm just sick and tired of an individual who's home page looks like it was drafted on the back of a skateboard at recess, continue to bash my investment with unreadable posts that really don't say much. 'E' securities go home. tj. |
