OK, Atin, I've now tried to install the program several times. What happens is that I get the window that says Setup, press Setup, the computer whirls for a while and then nothing happens. The extractor screen options grey out and I need to press contrl alt del to end task. I have downloaded the file several time thinking perhaps the file got corrupted on download. I am in a window 98 environment. Any thoughts? I have Qcharts, it would be handy.
