Gerald, just thought I'd comment on your statement"So, for the first time Ultra will not be dependent on weak juniors ". Of course this is true, but, the real reason IMHO for the $40m LOC was that UP couldn't find a junior to partner with if they were giving away free carnival glass with with each JV! UP's reputation, based on it's business dealings, pretty much precludes anyone partnering up with them.
