jjetstream...

i've been with wall street access since mid 1999...have had no problems, they are perhaps the most option savvy brokerage for on line and broker assisted trading. they will pay for e-signal or windows on wall street if you have a moderately active account...the account and clearing is with db/bt alex brown....it is a no frills, no recommendation situation, you do your own research, they get the best executions, which is all one needs if they are involved with options.

good luck..ed a.

p.s....i have two accounts, one is my corporation's profit sharing in which i will not have any option positions, always 100% stock (this is with msdw), the wsa account is my trading account, anything from common, options, t-bills, whatever the moment requires.
