Found this. GBLX is a participant in ION through their Racal acquisition. The really good news is that this gives them a close relationship with Metromedia Fiber (MFNX). MFNX is going gang busters in the US.

Some people speculated a while back that GBLX may acquire MFNX, but I think have a strategic relationship like this is porbably better. Besides, during the last CC, management said they are not looking for any acquisitions soon.
