Since the rules are part of the thread header they are, I guess, on topic for this thread, IMO, although they are so elementary they don't require much discussion. Discussion of individuals, on the other hand, could incite "Flaming" and that IS a violation of the rules. I would also like to point out that SI has a fine 3 level "Ignore" function. All are free to use it. It is best used, IMO, without fanfare. It becomes a "personal" moderation tool, if one elects to use it. - Eric -
