Dear Just G,

May I just add the following.

I know John Royall. He is a very experienced geologist with not a grain of hype of promotion in him. In fact, he detests that part of the junior exploration business. John is a good counterweight to Harry Barr who is not only an extremely skillful negotiator but also not unfamiliar with a bit of drum beating.
