 CENTRAXX AND SPEEDY SIGN RETAIL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
 
 Toronto, Ontario, May 18, 2000? Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX) has signed a
 Retail Marketing Agreement with Speedy Auto and Window Glass Ltd (?Speedy?).
 The agreement calls for Speedy to market, sell and install the Centraxx
 AutoRescue(TM) vehicle tracking and location system and the AutoRescue
 PLUS(TM) roadside and emergency notification system through its retail
 locations in Southern Ontario, Canada.  Centraxx and Speedy have agreed to
 jointly develop and launch various merchandising and retail programs to
 promote the sale of AutoRescue.  As the Centraxx network area is expanded,
 Speedy also intends to sell AutoRescue in those areas where they have retail
 units.

 Bob Hill.  ?As an industry leader, Speedy will provide excellent retail
 exposure for our products.  They have concentrated presence in Southern
 Ontario and in many other key markets Centraxx expects to enter.  Speedy

 professional on-site installation for AutoRescue customers.  They currently
