CENTRAXX AND SPEEDY SIGN RETAIL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Toronto, Ontario, May 18, 2000? Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX) has signed a
Retail Marketing Agreement with Speedy Auto and Window Glass Ltd (?Speedy?).
The agreement calls for Speedy to market, sell and install the Centraxx
AutoRescue(TM) vehicle tracking and location system and the AutoRescue
PLUS(TM) roadside and emergency notification system through its retail
locations in Southern Ontario, Canada. Centraxx and Speedy have agreed to
jointly develop and launch various merchandising and retail programs to

Speedy also intends to sell AutoRescue in those areas where they have retail
units.

?The Speedy organization is a perfect fit for us,? stated Centraxx VP Sales,
Bob Hill. ?As an industry leader, Speedy will provide excellent retail
exposure for our products. They have concentrated presence in Southern
Ontario and in many other key markets Centraxx expects to enter. Speedy
will also add value as an authorized installation partner providing
professional on-site installation for AutoRescue customers. They currently
provide a similar service for several major insurance companies.? Mr. Hill
added, ?We are delighted to welcome Speedy to the growing family of Centraxx
strategic partners.?

?The auto glass industry is a natural retail channel for Centraxx AutoRescue
and certainly at Speedy where we are always searching for better ways to
serve our customers and to offer quality automotive aftermarket products,?
stated Speedy V.P. Sales & Marketing, Bill Robertson. ?Speedy anticipates
selling a substantial number of systems because of the low price and
functionality. We expect AutoRescue to be a big winner for us.?
