Is it good or is it bad news? O.K. The presence of gold in economical amounts is official but as yet unsubstantiated to the degree required by the market to prove it's not a Bre-hoax. Meantime, it appears that more than half of the proceeds (52.5%) of this potential windfall are going to some Company in BVI. Furthermore, this "??Tax Haven-based mining company??" gets an additional, unspecified percentage if they prove-out 0.5 to 1.5 million ounces. Is this a dilution of value, or what?! Sure we'll make some money but maybe not what we hoped for. What're your thoughts on this Woody and Roby Ady, what're your comments? Are we losing-out big time? Are we all attending the next share-holders meeting or will it be held somewhere we can't attend like the British Virgin Islands?
