Your arguments are weak, and the fact that you see everything about this company as negative make me wary of your motives and opinions.
Lets see, what are GUMM's earning projections and whats the basis for them.......Whats GUMM's cash flow?.........what GUMM's track record?
As far as my motivation I've posted my position and opinion real time here and on the GUMM thread. Why, because GUMM has become my favorite short, with you, Mike and others simply refusing to acknowledge the risks involved.
Insider sales have nothing to do with the value of a company although I agree that outright insider sales might indicate that insiders believe that their stock is overvalued. There is a big difference between outright insider sales and option related insider sales, and your inability to recognize this is just one more example of how you view everything about Gum Tech as negative
Dan insider selling is important for two reasons;
1) Everyone attempts to sell at a top, insiders who have greater insight into a companies business have over time proven correct in their timing, thus anyone who ignores insider selling is foolish....comparison of GUMM to CSCO or MSFT is inappropiate
2) Insider selling increases the supply of free traded shares which does effect the supply/demand of the stock
Dan, revenue growth with no profit has lost it's popularity
