Zeev, One big difference between DRDRAM and DDR that you are not mentioning is that DRDRAM requires high speed clocking and muxing of data onto a narrow datapath. This places an additional stress on manufacturing and process technology which impacts yields. Can you explain your belief that Samsung is making "unholy profits" on DRDRAM? Manufacturing costs are high. Large profits would imply a high price. Why would anyone use DRDRAM at a high price? Scumbria
