Did you not properly check with your physician before starting to take ACA? There are conditions under which even the very best of medicines are contra-indicated for individuals with certain ailments. It is good lesson all should heed... do not take certain supplement without first checking for possible side effects related to known problems with one's general health. For most others, ACA may be somewhat to very beneficial, depending on that individual's tolerance and need. What works for some may not work for others. That applies to ethical drugs as well as supplements.
