Dear JDN, we had no idea what we were getting into!!!

The host at our resort gave us a map and said, "the road could be a little naughty" in places.

Were we ever in for a surprise!!!! It was hard going even b4 the rain came. Once it began to rain the clay turned into "a river of mud." I took pictures of the road! (g) Who would belive this? (g)

If the old British Land Rover had stalled we would not have been able to go anywhere because the mud was about a foot deep, up to the differential (hubby says). I don't know what a differential is, however. (g)

And, we were alone & we hoped we'd get back to the resort b4 the drug runners found us! (g) You had to register to enter area, but many people who registered never came back! (g)
