Shorting a stock like RMBS and then watching it run up 50 pts in a day would definitely produce a heart attack in this household.

NOVL clearly doesn't have that type of momentum.

Do you also buy Calls when you short NOVL? And what gets you out to the upside? Is it 3 pts period and then you cover?

My technicals say that NOVL is an $11 stock even with the $.26 FY2000 estimate. Using FY2001 you are looking at $22.

And that is without any good news on the projected forward sales front on Tuesday.
