Way, way OT:

Doesn't Stalin have that record? Remember, he executed most of the Red Army officer corps, just before Hitler invaded, which is the main reason the USSR lost 20 million dead in WW2. Another 20 million dead in the Gulags from 1920s-1950s. At least 10 million starved to death while collectivizing agriculture.

Maybe Stalin2 will post, and they can sort it out.
