Procyon Biopharma Inc. ATTENTION All shareholders and interested parties: There will be a meeting on Tuesday June 13,2000 at the Fogolar Furlan Club,Dante Costa Hall in Windsor Ontario. Time of the meeting is 6:30 PM. Beer,Wine,and snacks to be served. The CEO, Chief Scientific Officer and a few others will be present to field all questions and give updates on all matters.
