Beware of the following data. I tried to get the numbers approximately right but they may be significantly wrong. Caveat emptor. Do your own due diligence. The data are relatively recent annual net profit per employee in units of thousands of dollars.

It seems to me that the direction, over time, in which these numbers move is very important. By the way, as you probably guessed, the last four are service companies.
