Could you clarify? I don't understand how the insiders get the billion. From what I can see COMS is simply saying that if the market want to value COMS at $10/share, then they'll spend heavily to buy the shares on the cheap. Since they have almost $9/share in cash, it's like getting the business for a buck a share. Andre
