I believe that after accumulating stakes in certain Companies, they intend to bid for the rest of the shares and acquire the Company outright... This would be a very sensible strategy to begin well before they become listed on AMEX and start bidding for OTC-BB's... I have reviewed the Growth pattern through SEC filings and may soon have to up-grade my Year 2000 EPS expectations, based on established growth rates, back to what they originally were: $3.50 to $4.00, instead of the current $2.50 to $3.00... Period..S.Holder Equity.. Earnings... EPS....... Share #'s 1998......$3.38 Millions......$409,000.... 15 cts....... 2.69 Mil. 1999......$7.47 Millions......$3.36 Mil..... $1.14........ 3.176 Mil.
