*OT* Bambs- Final comment....ok...maybe saying "many" socialist European gvt. embracing budget surpluses was a bit much...but there is no doubt in the much greater "capitalist friendly, more fiscally responsible nature" of several major European gvt....althought they have a long way to go...the old, liberal, tax-and-spend 70's/80's with unsustainable pension systems are out the door (in a hurry)
