Regarding the Accountants:

I'm not one who normally voices voting opinions, but in this case I'm making an exception. The need for a review of accounting procedures at VARL especially for capitalization of expenses is inexcusable. Any decent accounting firm should have reviewed these procedures as part of its general audit. Also, the calculation of diluted shares is simple -- how did the auditors screw this one up? I'm voting against reappointement of the auditors and I hope that all of you will consider these issues before casting your votes.
