Carl: I think you're right, given that you have money to speculate with. If Charlie doesn't make up with News, he'll do OK in the end but it will be one heck of a ride until he gets there. What's more, he'll have a hard time finding his next investor. I do think that there is an appetite at these stock valuations for a convertable debenture - that may be his avenue if this legal action with News doesn't go his way... Regards, NPD
