Dan3 had some earlier prediction of possibly $15 a share by year end. I know it somehow sounds simplistic, but I think AMD's earnings double every quarter for the year as they double production of Athlons every quarter of 2000. That would mean 1.00 (actually 1.15 or 1.05 whichever figure you use) for quarter one, 2.00 for 2nd quarter, 4.00 for 3rd quarter, and 8.00 for quarter 4. This would give you Dan3's 15.00 a share year. I think this is an attainable goal, though I don't know how taxes will possibly cut into that amount as well as further share dilution. Ed P.
