Re: SI's Subpoena Policy Bryan, I'm sure you are aware of the lawsuit brought against Yahoo! for their policy of handing over personal information on members when subpoenad to do so without information members and allowing them the opportunity to block it. If not, check out Message 13746367 and the posts that follow (including the actual Complaint). For a recap on what Ethan Caldwell of SI has been quoted as saying on this subject, see: Message 13749013 My question is simple: has SI established a more formalized policy on this and, if so, could you please cite it here?
