Can someone please explain how a company with a $12 Billion market cap can purchase a company for $12 Billion in stock? Isn't that like using the whole company as currency? So in other words, as the stock price sinks along with the valuation, so does the currency. It's like saying, we are giving you our whole company to merge with us...for better or for worse. I guess what I don't understand is, if TRRA slips significantly below a $12 billion valuation, how are they going to make up for the shortfall? Print more shares? Just wondering...
