Hi there, On Worldwide Wireless: I do not want to comment about Worldwide Wireless' patent. However, the concept of relaying signals via repeating stations has been around for some time and is very interesting. Without reviewing their patent, I do not know what is new in it but given that they have a patent, there should be some new and novel ideas. One of Michel's students had done an MSc on such mesh networks a few years ago. I had learnt much about them then. Many companies have systems that utilize such concepts. I believe Rooftop and Metricom use them. We may look into this some time in the future. Thanks. Hatim
