Tom, Wasn't the Neversoft deal a "pooling", if it was less than 9 months ago then they can't buyback any shares until the period is over. Another reason for the buyback is to save their jobs. Somebody is accumlating shares, all's they need to do is get a majority voting block and take the offer to the current shareholders. Insiders own 30%, maybe they are going for over 50%.
