David, Internals are bad today. No doubt about it. The "retest the area of the lows on low volume and good internals" theory is on ice right now. The panic retest on high volume theory is more likely if this is the bottom. On a panic retest, bad internals is good because people throw out the good with the bad when they panic. We'll know at the close if this is a possible bottom IMHO. If the institutions don't come to the sale this afternoon (close below 3321), today's close will become the new benchmark low and we can start the process of looking for a bottom all over again. Today might be a good day to pick up that long term stuff on your shopping list. Dick
