yes you are correct, I use the 26 dayline as indication of trends, when the 26 dayline is broken it's on my watch list to sell the long and take profit, and then to watch for a short. When I stocks gets to the 50 day and looks to break through it I think short, ala my short on CIEN and SEBL today. I never short a stock unless I can back it up with a story shift with the correct market environment. If you remember I went short AAPL a few weeks back when I turned into OZOB the former BOZO long, when it broke through it's 50 day line, it has been a fantastic short, nice and steady, no heart break moves, APPL has even broken through it's April lows, I see that as a harbinger to come for the rest of the market.
