I don't blame them for the Snet problems - though it would have been nice if they sent out an alert. My problem is that there is NO ONE to take a call, and I'm left hanging on the phone for 15 minutes - until I finally gave up.

Whatever. I accept problems w/ Nasdaq, the internet, etc., but why can't they have phone service? Frustrating.

I suppose their response is that they are not obligated to have live brokers available, as they are "not that kind of a broker" - that's the response I got a couple of months ago when I complained to a supervisor.

So, either one accepts this, or...
