Hi Mike! "Corel may have to offer potential financiers convertible debt -- a bond that can be transferred into stock -- at rates discounted from its share price." An offer of convertible debt??? Why would this interest anyone considering the gravitational pull on this stock? We could see a buck by Halloween so discount that!
