Mr Scharf, I had not intended on addressing this, but in this market I cannot help myself. Your debut on this thread leaves me shaking my head as without ALA holding it up, NN would have been a teenager by now. Ya just can't please some people I guess, as from your post I can only assume this is what you might prefer and you were part of that 1% that voted the merger down. That is your right and I respect that, but cannot understand your attitude, especially as you basically admitted you have no idea about the company or what you are talking about. You are not being "forced" to do anything, and the suggestion alone tells me how far out in left field you may be. Add in a couple of your idiotic comments such as moving out of France and I can only wonder what you are doing in the market in the first place. Good luck with your decision, but do me a favor and leave the hard luck stories elsewhere as ALA has provided you with one heck of an opportunity, whether you take your money and run or hang on. regards, sf
