Rob, the only thing that comforts me is that I am still up a lot compared to the same time last year :) There was never a doubt in my mind that in the end, this is just a bump in the long road. Good luck. BTW: Have you noticed the house value going down drastically in the last two months around the entire Bay Area? In Feb and March, a buyer had to put up 30-50% above asking price to get a house, now he/she could even bargin for a 3-5% price discount. What a turnaround!
