Edwarda, FWIW I talked to a Mktg Rep at Firsthand Funds and she said she talked to Kevin Landis (runs Firsthand Tech Value Fund - TVFQX) recently and he was very positive about Legato, holding the shares, and feels the company will do very well. Latest Legato holdings in TVFQX: Shares % of Fund March '00 5,981,000 6.6 Feb. 2,628,000 2.5 Jan. 2,328,000 3.2 Dec. 39,000 .2 Won't release April activity until end of May. Wayne
