Hi Eric, I hope I am not out of line here but have been following the line of discussion and feel an inkling to interject. But is it wise to discuss investment in such stocks without adequate time given to both risks and potential returns, and to analyze both within the context of a portfolio? Tell me if I'm wrong here. I feel you are wrong here. We are all individuals of varying ages, different desires and capacities for risk, and wildly diverse financial stations. Most importantly, before one invests, I would hope they would have completed the most basic of research on this topic(risk management/portfolio diversification) by taking on this task themselves through individual reading or discussions with brokers, financial planners, or discussion groups dedicated to this topic. While very important, I don't believe it's a must for this particular thread although as I understand it, you and anyone would would like to discuss it is welcome to attend to it. Best Regards, Teri
