Don't be sorry. I think everyone should say what they feel. and we haven't heard much from SI in regards to this, so to be fair you have to hear their take / side of the issue.

Like I've stated earlier, I threw out all the PMs without reading them, so I wouldn't have known what you said or how u felt on this issue. I took the attitude that since before this all happened my pm count was down to like 6 that most likely of the high number that were sent to me, probably none were really for me. Thus they all got deleted.

As for SI hiring me, From what I have been told there are a lot of angry people over there. I probably don't fit into the profile of what they are looking for. I don't believe in only doing a job half-way. I take my job very seriously and when I write code I do my best to put out something of a high enough quality to be able to withstand a good beating.

I've always loved programming and I'll go the extra mile to do what it takes to make a customer happy. When management asks me to sacrifice quality for speed, I do my best to keep the quality there, even if that requires me to do the job unpaid/uncompensated.

I'm sure the engineers wanted to do the same, but probably it was an issue of getting something out of the door. (we'll fix it later, but lets just get something working now)... And then once it was done, probably they were told to work on new projects.

I think now that SI is under the umbrella of another company the whole development/slant towards end product has changed. Where they used to welcome bug finds, they now
