...and still no Company announcement confirming the results of NewKidCo's 17 May 2000 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Proxy Resolutions despite representations that two (2) of said Proxy Resolutions No 3. 2,000,000 share Stock Option Plan Amendment and No 4. Issuance of Share Purchase Warrants to Allen & Company were revoked by NewidCo's Board of Directors at the last minute? and not voted upon...???
