No direct mention of IBIS, but this has to be viewed as a big announcement for the company since they are providing the technology behind this:

There was a lot of press about this today, and some very strong endorsements of the technology by IBM. My favorite was a reference to Moore's law - which has been discussed as being obsoleted somewhere on the horizon - and one IBM researcher who said SOI would extend its relevance.

While I don't like the overall tech market these days (nor IBIS's two month performance!), shipments in quantity before year-end are very bullish for IBIS.
