Sounds very good, and if the GATA advances made
last week in the Washington D.C. visit and ad in the
Roll Call newspaper politicians use to stay ahead
of the curve, then this company is sitting on top
of a "gold mine" type resource that will explode
in the desirability catalog for investors.

Mike Fitzsimonds, President of Golden Phoenix Minerals, said,
``Now that the resource evaluation of the Borealis and Polaris zones is complete,
we can prepare a plan for developing these zones by doing
economic studies of the deposits and preparing drilling plans and budgets.

This information will be used in a feasibility study to support future mining plans.''

Fitzsimonds explained that,

``The Company is seeking a joint venture with a major mining company
to complete drilling on the project and to place it into production.

If one is not forthcoming, then we will place the property into production
ourselves from several deposits.'' .....
