FT. WORTH, TX. May 22, 2000
21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC.BB ?TEXNE?) announced today that at a Special Meeting of its Board of Directors the final amendments to the Company's registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 10-SB were approved unanimously. The amendments will be Edgarized and available to the public and shareholders via www.sec.gov and www.freeedgar.com. After filing the Company anticipates a quick turn around by the SEC and relisting on the electronic bulletin board.
Chairman Kenneth E. Wilson stated, "We will be relieved to get the registration filing behind us and get relisted. With everything that we are doing right, its a shame to focus on just one thing, but I understand shareholder frustration at why this took so long, but take out your frustrations on me not the Company. With the stock market declining across the board, everyone wants to know if the "bull" market is over and in particular what's in store for this Company. My answer is simple. We are working as a 23-member team to build this Company one day at a time from our three offices in Ft. Worth, Baton Rouge, and Santa Ana. We are expanding sales of our PT Night Sights and working on "smart gun" technology that not only locks a weapon but also can deactivate it if lost or stolen. On Thursday and Friday of this week, I will be in Baton Rouge, LA to put the finishing touches on the Sea Patch sales and distribution plan. Next week, we will begin taking delivery of the rare ! earth magnets to build the Sea Patch and finalize new patent applications.?
The Company will unveil next week the front end page of our new Fly Away website for the Sea Patch which will be operational by July 1, 2000. This will be the first of its kind website for the maritime industry. With a combination of real time deployment and B2B aggregation technology the Company will combine its bricks and mortar sales force with a 24/7 Internet sales and support network. This will maximize both vertical and horizontal market penetration.
