MANNY_T: It is possible to expect more shares -- if there is going to be an ongoing effort to punish the Brokerage House that allowed Pinez to borrow against his margin account to fund the scam (that would be "Centennial 3"). I heard that he borrowed over $35M against his account that was never reported to the IRS or the SEC. As to cash --- restitution-in-hand is a long way from the Court order ($150M)! Anyone heard anything? Hamby Hutcheson
