Hi Bean, it's been a long time since we cyber chatted. Remember when Istar was going to get bought out by PSIX with a stock swap. Then they did the 75 cents cash offer. PSIX was at 5 bucks back then. PSIX at one time hit $60 for a 52 week high. I'm still kicking myself for not buying them.
My guess is that who ever wants Corel will wait in the weeds and if they do happen to run out of cash will get them for a song and dance.

"Corel may have to offer potential financiers convertible debt -- a bond that can be transferred into stock -- at rates discounted from its share price."

I guess it could happen. I'm not sure who would touch it or for that matter touch anything else Cowpie is involved in. His track record speaks for itself and he has zero analyst following Corel. What do they say a sucker is born every day.

Well Cowpie is still a bum in my books. How many years has it been 2 and a half or so. Somebody has made some nice coin on this clown but somebody is losing their shirt now. It's funny how he had to file with the US regulators that he might run out of cash. I guess he smelled another US class action lawsuit against him if he actually does run out of cash. He has already lost the last class action. I guess he made his millions a few years ago so he has to try and protect it. It's also funny how the CFO bailed out in Feb or so. It all makes sense now.

All I can say is that if this was a US company the clown would be out on the street a long long time ago.

JMHO
Mike
