I note with interest that these words highlight the weak points of this chirppie's case.

The premise is absurd really. That these Officials of the US Government, acting in their official capacities, are personally liable for denying this man his constitutional rights to abet the resistance to compliance with the Executive branch of the government, executing the laws of the US.

A major part of his case relies on the notion that they "took advantage" of an allegedly rubber stamp Clinton appointed justice to issue an "illegal" warrant. So not only are they setting out to sue these officials personally, but they must demonstrate the lack of probity of a member of the judiciary.

The one thing they did get right is that I am sure these people acted acted without regard to this nutcase's right to inject himself into something that was none of his concern except for his hard on for pursuing his own opportunistic agenda.
