Tomorrow's IPO ICST. Priced at $13, $2 below range. Silicon IC clocks - 12 1/2 million in the float.

I like this one although it will most likely not be a day 1 buy for me. Only question mark was the declining revenues from 1999 vs. 1998, however 2 most recent quarters has them back on track to at least equal '98 revs.

Great customers, looks like a well respected company with a good product(I say looks because I'll be darned if I understand it all), and Intel owns a chunk of this along with Bear Stearns.

Would be very surprised if this broke pricing, so I may enter if it opens at $13ish...otherwise I'll look for an entry later in QP.
