I am criticising MSFT on the driver issue, because it hurts sales. If Windows 2000 had the same level of hardware support as Windows NT or Windows 98, people would think that NT had improved. Now, people wonder why their stuff doesn't work on Windows 2000, which generates FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt).
