Just ran across this and thought you might be interested:

Do you use both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator? If so, chances
are that you'd like to have one set of Favorites/Bookmarks that you can
use in both browsers. Unfortunately, that would be a little tricky.
However, you can easily convert Favorites/Bookmarks back and forth between
Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator with Microsoft's FavTool utility.
