Waldy, the two things to watch

-1- What does Eric say about shareholder value. He mentioned that as being his job at the annual meeting. That was to me a significant statement. Previous CEO's at Novell treated the shareholders as suckers. Eric says his job is to enhance shareholder value.

-2- Which brings me to subordinate management. Obviously to increase shareholder value the company has to be run not for the benefit of subordinate management, alla Slitz and his raiding the options cookie jar. Subordinate management has to deliver revenue. Now we will see if that message finally gets across. Watch to see what Schmidt says about what he expects from his management.

=========

Times are changing at Novell.
See you on the Cote de Azure.
(I think that is where they have Brainshare Europe!)
